Yummy Comfort Food


On Tuesday, I made my first Sunday Dinner.  Yes, I get the irony, but until I start working, Sunday is actually my busiest day, and thus not a great day to cook.  So Tuesday, I took a stab at cooking my first roast, my first gravy and my first Yorkshire puddings.  I have assisted the family master chefs for years, so a lot of it felt familiar. It also really helped to have all the family secrets, since they have spent decades perfecting this meal.  Without all that, I doubt it would have turned out as well as it did.  It was so nice to enjoy the tastes of home!

Now, I just need you to come visit so I can cook it for you
